His videos have racked up 40 billion views on YouTube, and with a reported fortune of $54 million, MrBeast is the most successful player on the video platform. Despite all that, the internet star is now proving he has his feet on the ground. As the “New York Post” reports, Jimmy Donaldson, as the web video producer’s real name is, lives on a nondescript street outside of Greenville, North Carolina – in a rather modest home compared to his considerable fortune.

According to the newspaper, he bought the home in 2018 for the equivalent of around 290,000 euros. In the meantime, he has acquired a total of five houses in the settlement of the city of 87,000, all of which are grouped around a cul-de-sac. However, Donaldson does not want to make a profit from the real estate. The 25-year-old bought the houses for his family and employees.
