The Insurance Education Association (IEA) has announced the launch of an on-demand curriculum in disability and absence management.
The Certified Professional in Disability Management (CPDM) designation addresses the challenges faced by employers in the evolving leave and disability landscape, covers integrated disability and absence management components, and identifies the roles and responsibilities of those involved, IEA said.
The IEA’s CPDM curriculum offers the skills needed to develop and manage integrated disability and asset management programs that reduce costs, increase productivity and maintain compliance.
