A frequent surfer tariff in the Telekom network does not necessarily have to cost a fortune: With Freenet you currently get 20 GB of LTE data volume including an all-net flat rate for only 12.99 euros per month. The start of the contract can be flexibly defined. We took a closer look at the offer.
Allnet flat rate in the Telekom network is now even cheaper
Mobilcom Debitel has officially been called Freenet since July. For consumers, however, this has no disadvantages – on the contrary: one of the best tariff deals of the year is now even cheaper. That’s how it is 20 GB Allnet Flat in the Telekom network currently for only 12.99 euros instead of the regular 36.99 euros per month. Last time (under the flag of Mobilcom Debitel) the mobile phone contract cost two euros more per month.
The tariff is also suitable for frequent surfers: you are connected to the internet with a speed of up to 25 Mbit/s Deutsche Telekom LTE network on road. When uploading, the maximum data transmission rate is 10 Mbit/s. After consumption of the included volume of 20 GB per month the speed is throttled to 64 kbit/s. The tariff also includes a telephony and SMS flat rate, EU roaming and VoLTE & WLAN Call.
The offer is valid to Wednesday 10 August 2022 at 23:59. The one-off connection fee is relatively low at EUR 9.99. However, you should keep an eye on the minimum contract period of 24 months and cancel in good time. Otherwise, from the 25th month, the tariff will be charged again at the regular 36.99 euros.

Anyone who not only attaches great importance to good reception and availability, but also surfs the Internet a lot on the go, is with the 20 GB Allnet Flat from Freenet: You benefit from the very well developed Telekom network. However, you should note that the tariff is only really worthwhile in the first 24 months. Then the cost trap threatens, since the basic fee increases again to the regular 36.99 euros from the 25th month. In order to avoid the increased costs, we recommend terminating the mobile phone contract in good time. There shouldn’t be a lack of cheap offers in two years’ time either.
