In the last news, the founder of Terra had taken refuge in Serbia at the end of last year, according to South Korean authorities. Information that seems to be true, Serbia being a neighboring country of Montenegroand the territories are both located on the Balkan Peninsula in Southern Europe.
However, no extradition agreement currently exists between Serbia and South Korea, which moreover must have justified this choice of destination for Do Kwon. Montenegro does not have an agreement to this effect either.but the country has already complied with extradition requests for US nationals.
