Vodafone raises prices: will the competition soon follow suit?
According to Verivox, the price increases at Vodafone will apply six weeks after receipt of the customer information at the beginning of the new calculation cycle. Affected customers can assert a special right of termination.
The Verivox report shows that Vodafone, like Telefónica O2 and PŸUR, will increase the prices for some tariffs by five euros as early as November 2022. At that time, however, almost exclusively new customers were affected.
1&1 had also increased the prices for new customers. Telekom, on the other hand, initially only reduced the discounts for new customers.
